10 minute self care breaks

Sometimes we don’t have time for long self care, and we should be looking out for ourselves throughout the day. My favourite 10 minute breaks are:

  • A sit down with a cup of tea and a cuddle with the cats
  • Doing a row of crochet (or more depending on what I am making)
  • Filing my nails and applying a nice smelling hand cream
  • Applying a luxurious foot cream.
